Bay has to tell the diary room beforehand that she wants to use her power. Then her nominations will come up and the house will be told a power was used. If Angela tells Bay she's putting like Sam and jc up she wouldn't use it. Then Angela can really nominate whoever she wants and it would be too late for Bay to use it. But I don't think Angela understands that.
