Yep so true.  Haleigh too.  What he did to Haleigh (I didn't see it but read about it) sounds pretty bad too, holding the door open while she was in the bathroom.  But she told Faysal she was questioned about it but didn't want to get JC in trouble.  The problem is, yea...JC thinks he can keep getting away with that stuff.  From what I understand JC did apologize to Tyler the next morning but still.

Them not wanting to actually do a formal complaint just enables JC's mindset that he can sexually assault and harass others and get away with it.  And that's a bigger problem - Tyler isn't the first to not complain.  So people like JC continue to do it, and get away with it.
