Yup I just said on last article I had sent that jury was seated. I knew they would find something to delay. NOW I think the judge has no choice but to call a mistrial and they start all over with a new jury to be seated.

Report: Bill Cosby Trial Delayed After Juror Allegedly Says He's Guilty!
Sleazy comedian's legal teams demands halt in sexual harassment case.
By Radar Staff
Bill Cosby's sexual harassment trial was delayed on Friday after a juror allegedly said they believed he was guilty, ACCORDING TO A REPORT.
The shamed comedian caught a break when a juror reportedly said "Cosby is guilty," to a group of potential jurors, journalist Stacy M. Brown told told RadarOnline.com.
Monday's court was canceled Brown explained, revealing that Cosby's legal team allegedly wanted a new jury selected because they believed the entire panel was contaminated.
Judge Steven O'Neill planned to rule on Cosby's teams request on Monday, April 9, 2018 but the trial had been delayed for the day Brown told Radar.
As Radar exclusively reported, Judge O'Neill refused to recuse himself from the case after Cosby's legal team said new evidence showed his wife was involved with an advocacy organization for sexual assault victims.
O'Neill considered taking himself off the case — which he'd chaired for 27 months — when the comedian's team accused him of bias. After 20 minutes of debating the matter on April 5, 2018, O'Neill decided he would remain in his post.
Deborah O'Neill, is the director of the Sexual Trauma Treatment and Prevention Program at the University of Pennsylvania. Learning this, Cosby's team accused the Judge's wife of having donated to an organization affiliated with a protest against the actor. Judge O'Neill later clarified that this was not true, and the donation had been made by his wife's employer.
"My spouse and I share the love of each other and our families, our children and our grandchildren. What we do not share are unified views of social, legal and political issues," Steven O'Neill added, defending his wife.
