In Paramount Network's "It Was Him: The Many Murders of Ed Edwards," premiering Monday, April 16 at 10:00pm ET/PT, Wolfe joins former Sergeant Detective and FBI Cold Case Task Force Officer John Cameron on his quest to prove that Ed Edwards is the man responsible for some of most astonishingly high-profile murders of the 20th Century. From the Black Dahlia to JonBenet Ramsey, Laci Peterson, the Zodiac killings, and "Making a Murderer" victim Teresa Halbach, Cameron has the evidence to suggest there is no case too nefarious to be Edwards' doing. A calculated and convicted killer, Edwards was arrested in 2009 and found guilty of five grisly murders over 20 years. He died of natural causes in prison in 2011, four months before his scheduled execution. Shortly after Edwards' death, Wolfe learned of his grandfather's identity and his potentially gruesome lifestyle. In an attempt to shed light on his grandfather's dark past and find closure for his father, Wolfe joined forces with Cameron, who has dedicated his life - and sacrificed his career - for his work to uncover the potential true scope of Ed Edwards' murderous life. He has spent years traveling the country speaking with experts, witnesses, family members and friends, all to piece together a colossal amount of evidence that could tie Edwards to some of the most publicized and violent murders of the last century.

FOURTH ESTATE, THE (SHOWTIME)
· [series premiere] · 5/27/18 at 8:00 PM
· [regularly airs] · sundays from 8:00 PM-9:00 PM EST
(from Showtime's press release, January 2018) Showtime Documentary Films has announced the revealing multi-part documentary series THE FOURTH ESTATE (wt), exploring the process and progress of The New York Times and its journalists in covering the Trump administration. Produced and directed by Emmy(R) Award winning and Oscar(R) nominated filmmaker Liz Garbus (What Happened, Miss Simone?), the project illuminates critical issues facing journalism today - including the challenge to the bedrock concept of truth, the changing role of the media, and the Times' response to President Trump's war of words - through extraordinary access, on-the-scene filmmaking and exclusive sit-down interviews. THE FOURTH ESTATE (wt) is produced by RadicalMedia for SHOWTIME with Jenny Carchman (Long Strange Trip) and Justin Wilkes (What Happened, Miss Simone?) serving as producers. The announcement was made today by David Nevins, President and CEO, Showtime Networks Inc. at the 2018 Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour. From the first time President Trump called The New York Times "highly inaccurate" in its coverage of his administration, through his false claim that the paper is "failing" and losing thousands of subscribers, to ultimately declaring the majority of the nation's major news outlets "fake news," a chief task for the Times, long considered the "newspaper of record," has been to find the best way to accurately and honestly cover this new and unconventional president. With unprecedented access to the inner workings of the Times, including filming inside closed-door meetings, rare interviews with the editors and reporters who cover the President and the tumult around him, as well as an insider's view of the Sulzberger family publisher transition, Garbus intimately chronicles the tenacious men and women in the trenches who are fighting for the freedom of the press and America's right to know.

White convinces Max to return to the field to avenge the death of his estranged son Harry (Joe Dempsie, Game of Thrones, Skins). But the stakes are soon raised when Max finds himself at the heart of a covert intelligence war, immersed in a widespread conspiracy to profit from the spread of chaos in the Middle East. Max enters into a dangerous game as powerful corporations demonstrate that they are willing to go to great lengths to protect their reputation and bury their secrets. With such a strong undercurrent of corruption, who can Max trust? Who is telling the truth? And what must be done to uncover it? To find out, Max is going to have to throw himself back into the dangerous and brutal life he so desperately tried to leave behind.
YELLOWSTONE (PARAMOUNT)
· [series premiere] · 6/20/18 at 9:00 PM
· [regularly airs] · wednesdays from 9:00 PM-10:00 PM EST
(from Paramount's press release, January 2018) Yellowstone," Paramount Network's new epic scripted dramatic series, will premiere on the network, Wednesday, June 20 at 9:00 pm, ET/PT. Starring world-renowned actor and Oscar(R)-winner Kevin Costner, who serves in the lead role, "Yellowstone" is written and directed by critically-acclaimed, Oscar(R)-nominated screenwriter Taylor Sheridan (Wind River, Hell or High Water and Sicario). Sheridan recently won Best Director Un Certain Regard at the Cannes Film Festival for the universally-lauded film, Wind River. The impressive cast list for "Yellowstone" includes Wes Bentley, Kelly Reilly, Luke Grimes, Cole Hauser, Kelsey Asbille, Dave Annable, Danny Huston, Gil Birmingham, Josh Lucas, Jefferson White, Gretchen Mol, Jill Hennessey, Patrick St. Esprit, Ian Bohen, Heather Hemmons, and Denim Richards. In "Yellowstone," Costner stars as John Dutton, who controls the largest contiguous ranch in the United States, under constant attack by those it borders - land developers, an Indian reservation, and America's first National Park. It is an intense study of a violent world far from media scrutiny - where land grabs make developers billions, and politicians are bought and sold by the world's largest oil and lumber corporations. Where drinking water poisoned by fracking wells and unsolved murders are not news: they are a consequence of living in the new frontier. It is the best and worst of America seen through the eyes of a family that represents both.
MAKING IT (NBC)

· [regularly airs] · tuesdays from 10:00 PM-11:00 PM EST
(from NBC's press release, March 2018) "Making It," the six-episode series from executive producers, hosts and pop-culture's favorite comedic best friends, Amy Poehler and Nick Offerman, will make its premiere on NBC Tuesday, July 31 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. The series brings together eight of the country's most talented Makers to tackle a variety of handmade projects with the hopes of impressing Poehler and Offerman as well as judges Simon Doonan, Creative Ambassador for Barneys New York, and Dayna Isom Johnson, Etsy trend expert. "At the very most, you will fall in love with our Makers, get introduced to a world you may not know anything about and even get inspired to make something at home! At the very least, you will learn what vellum is," Poehler said. "As a woodworker myself, I'm awfully proud to showcase all these talented Makers and be reunited with my charismatic pal Amy to boot," Offerman said. "The question is: Is America thready for this? (Strap in, our show will be pun heavy).." Every show will revolve around a central theme that draws inspiration from hugely popular nationwide trends in crafting and DIY, which the whole family can enjoy. Each episode of the competition will consist of two projects, cleverly designed by Poehler and Offerman, that test the Makers' ability to think outside of the box in unpredictable ways. Believing there is no better way to express yourself than by making things by hand, the challenges are also designed to bring out skilled insights and takeaway, touching personal stories and lots of laughs. First, the "faster-craft" round will be a timed challenge that will test their ability to not only work quickly but imaginatively as well. Next, the Makers will move to the "master craft collection," a one-of-a-kind themed challenge in which the competitors will need to use their expertise and get inventive in order to assemble a winning craft that fits the theme of that week. In the end, only one will emerge victorious and be named "Master Maker."
