Short version... Sean was violently against having a mentor other than his dr friend who would not respect his decison. He got very angry and the dr tried to take his arm and was bargaining with him just to see her 3 times..Sean was very influenced by the patient who was a gamer that they saved and who kept telling him not to let anybody tell him no, and that the other drs didn't respect him because he didn't stand up for himself. Sean pushed the dr away from him violently and said he was not having a mentor and he was done and ran out of the hospital. Then he didn't come in for work the next day and the dr went to his apartment and found that all of his belongings and clothes and Sean were gone...Not to worry though, the show is Scheduled to air again in January.
